TextRetailer is an all-in-one solution to sell products through text message. They provide a Shop by Text campaign platform so customers can complete purchases with single text payments. It’s the lowest friction, fastest, and revenue-boosting checkout solution available. This unique offering and the descriptive nature of the name is where our brand strategy focused.

Defining the purpose and brand strategy of TextRetailer allowed the identity to focus on speed, shopping, and text messaging. Since the industry is so new, a recognizable shopping cart symbol typically used for online checkouts was developed. Combining the speed and text messaging components of the shopping cart gave TextRetailer a unique foundation that quickly identified them in the market.

Custom iconography and illustrations were created to match the style of the overall identity and to help communicate the important features and benefits online. Partnering with web developer Nick Bushman the site features unique menus, animations, and scroll effects.
