Elevate offers next-level condo living where you can enjoy urban vibes and inspired views. In partnership with Brotherton Investments, OPN Architects, and Meld Marketing, we developed an online presence that helped establish the brand and allow users to interact with the new property.

Elevate is located on 20 acres of green space with some of the highest vantage points of condominiums in Coralville. Featuring a pond with trails, future dog park, fitness center, and golf simulator, Elevate is truly next-level living. Kevin Mellen and its partners wanted to focus on giving potential homeowners an immersive experience of the Condos and its surrounding amenities.
The web architecture was segmented into condo designs, amenities inside and out, and sales and lease information. The design utilizes elements of the brand along with video renderings, photo galleries, floor plans, points of interest, and a full interactive tour with tour guide.
Partnering with OPN Architects, Laura VandeBerg, and videographer Bill Adams, we filmed three segmented green screen tour guide videos to include in the interactive tour. With design styles and custom animated buttons throughout we developed a cohesive experience between the tour and website.
