As Hodge Construction evolved beyond its roots—expanding into property management, commercial real estate, and development—it became clear that their name and identity needed to reflect the full scope of their services. Built on a legacy of trust, the Hodge brand carried weight in the community, and preserving that heritage was central to the rebranding effort.
The original 3D logo mark symbolized the company’s foundation, and the new identity honors that legacy while introducing a modern, streamlined aesthetic. The updated typography bridges classic sensibilities with contemporary design, reinforcing the brand’s credibility and forward momentum.
To complement the refreshed identity, the website was completely restructured to showcase Hodge’s expanded offerings. With a clean, modern layout, the site emphasizes both services and projects. A dedicated Property Management section integrates seamlessly with AppFolio, allowing users to browse active rental listings with ease.
The new brand and website was built to reflect Hodge’s growth while staying true to its roots—positioning the company for continued success across all facets of real estate and development.
